Is Apex Wealth FX regulated?
The website says Apex Wealth FX is regulated by the PFSA in Poland, but its footer shows “Financial Services Authority (License Number )” with the licence field left blank. Another page simultaneously refers to a Maltese investor compensation scheme and an MFSA licence, again without providing a licence number.
An independent broker database also reports that it could not verify a valid forex licence for Apex Wealth FX.
More importantly, Apex Wealth FX was added to the Bank of Russia warning list in 2026 for signs of illegal professional securities-market activity.
Apex Wealth FX withdrawal problems
The platform states that deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bitcoin and Ethereum. Its FAQ also says a 5% commission is deducted from profit before withdrawal.
Published complaints describe additional demands appearing when clients try to withdraw larger amounts. Be cautious if Apexwealthfx asks for:
- insurance before withdrawal;
- tax or compliance payments;
- another crypto deposit;
- wallet activation;
- payment to unlock the account.
