PMR Capital operates through pmrcapital.com, while client.pmrcapital.com is used as the client area. The company lists support@pmrcapital.com and a London address at 25 Ropemaker Street, Islington, EC2Y 9LY.

At first sight, there is something reassuring about this address. Ropemaker Place is a genuine London business location used by established financial companies. But an impressive address is useful only when it can be connected to the exact legal entity taking a client’s money.

With PMR Capital, that connection is where questions begin.

A real London address, but whose office is it?

There really is a UK company called PMR Capital Limited, company number 07028296. It was incorporated in 2009.

However, its Companies House records identify its officers at an address in Chigwell, Essex. I could not establish from these records that this company operates pmrcapital.com or client.pmrcapital.com.

The 25 Ropemaker Street address is also used by other genuine financial businesses. Therefore, finding the building itself does not prove that the trading platform has an office there.

The same rule applies to regulation. A UK address does not automatically make a trading website FCA-authorised.

The domain looks old, but there is an important catch

PMR Capital has another detail that can easily create the wrong impression.

The pmrcapital.com domain was originally registered back in 2008. Normally, that would look like evidence of a long-established operation.

However, available WHOIS history indicates that ownership changed on June 23, 2026. This means the age of the domain should not automatically be treated as the operating history of the current PMR Capital website.

An old domain can have a completely different owner and purpose after changing hands.

When the withdrawal changes everything

Recent PMR Capital reviews describe a familiar turning point. Communication reportedly remains active while the client is depositing and trading. The problems begin when a substantial withdrawal is requested.

Complaints mention requests for additional verification and new payments described as commissions, insurance or other conditions necessary to release the balance.

One reported client claimed losses of approximately $9,000, while another complaint mentioned around $5,400.

Another user described investing about 340,000 RUB and then encountering difficulties after requesting a withdrawal.

These are individual allegations, not independently audited transaction records. Still, several recent complaints appearing around the same time deserve attention.

PMR Capital reviews: small withdrawal first, problems later

One of the more concerning patterns described by users is an initially successful small withdrawal.

A client may deposit a modest amount, see profitable trades and even receive some money back. This can make the platform appear reliable and encourage a much larger deposit.

According to complaints about PMR Capital, the situation can change when the client attempts to withdraw the main balance. Additional checks or payments then appear.

This is why one successful $50 or $100 withdrawal should never be treated as proof that a much larger balance will be released under the same conditions.

Do not pay to “unlock” your own balance

If client.pmrcapital.com shows a profit but a manager says another transfer is necessary before withdrawal, I would stop and verify the requirement independently.

Be especially careful with demands for tax, insurance, an international transfer commission, a security deposit or money to unlock a withdrawal limit.

A legitimate compliance review can require identification documents and information about the source of funds. It should not become an endless sequence of payments where every transfer produces another reason why the withdrawal cannot yet be completed.

What should investors do?

If PMR Capital is already refusing or delaying a withdrawal, save the client-area screenshots before anything changes. Keep the trading history, withdrawal status, correspondence with managers and every payment receipt.

Check the actual recipient of each transfer as well. If money was sent to cryptocurrency wallets, individuals or companies whose names have no obvious connection with PMR Capital, preserve those details and transaction hashes separately.

The old domain and London address may look convincing, but neither replaces a verifiable connection between pmrcapital.com, a legal company and an authorised financial business.
