Is Invest-trade regulated?
The website claims that Invest-trade is “legally registered in Portugal with FX Empire and FXCM.” This wording raises questions: neither FX Empire nor FXCM is the Portuguese authority responsible for licensing investment firms. I could not verify Invest-trade among the public information returned for CMVM-authorised financial intermediaries.
Invest-trade withdrawal problems
The biggest concern is the promised profitability. Invest-trade advertises:
- 15% after 24 hours;
- 25% after 24 hours;
- 40% after 48 hours;
- 60% after 72 hours.
The minimum deposits range from $50 to $5,000, while referral rewards reach 15%. Such extremely high fixed returns require particular caution because the website does not clearly explain how these profits can be generated sustainably.
If a withdrawal is followed by demands for tax, insurance, activation fees or another investment, I would not send additional money until the legal basis for the payment is independently verified.
