Velstrade review and withdrawal problems: velstrade.com checked

Velstrade presents itself through velstrade.com as an international CFD broker offering forex, cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities and indices. The website promotes cTrader-style trading tools, automated strategies, copy trading and personal account managers.

The site repeatedly describes Velstrade as “globally regulated.” However, I found a much more important detail: the current website is directly connected through its own contact information to velstrade.co, a domain that the UK Financial Conduct Authority has officially warned is unauthorised.

For me, this changes the entire risk assessment.

FCA warning and the connection with velstrade.com

On October 2, 2026, the FCA issued a warning about velstrade.co, stating that the firm may be providing or promoting financial services without permission.

This matters for velstrade.com because the current .com website itself has displayed support@velstrade.co as its customer-support email.

There is another connection.

The FCA warning lists addresses at:

11 Grace Avenue, Great Neck, New York

and

1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London

The current velstrade.com contact page publishes the same locations as part of its claimed global presence.

So I would not treat velstrade.com and the warned velstrade.co operation as unrelated simply because they use different extensions.

Velstrade claims global regulation but does not show it clearly

The website describes Velstrade as “Globally Regulated” and says client money is kept in segregated accounts.

Those are strong financial claims.

What is missing is equally important.

I could not find a clearly displayed legal company name accompanied by a verifiable licence number and regulator that would explain the FCA warning.

A regulated broker should make verification simple:

company name → licence number → regulator → authorised website.

The words “globally regulated” alone are not enough.

Velstrade account plans promise unusually high returns

The current website offers several account plans.

The Bronze plan starts from $500 and advertises returns of up to 25%.

Silver shows up to 50%.

Gold shows up to 80%.

The Platinum plan, requiring between $50,000 and $999,999, advertises up to 120% return.

The website also says withdrawals for these plans are processed within 24 hours.

This combination deserves serious scrutiny.

CFD trading is speculative. Even Velstrade’s own risk warning says clients may lose all of their invested capital.

A broker promoting account plans around return percentages as high as 120% creates a very different impression from its own risk disclosure.

Velstrade says it has more than 100 account managers

The About page claims that more than 100 account managers focus on client needs.

Personal managers are not inherently problematic, but they can become a major part of the risk when customers are repeatedly encouraged to increase deposits.

Be cautious if a Velstrade representative tells you that you need a larger account to access better trades, higher returns or a special account level.

A manager’s recommendation does not guarantee that the investment will be profitable or withdrawable.

A professional trading terminal proves very little

Velstrade promotes real-time charts, automated trading and sophisticated market tools.

Those features make the platform look like a conventional broker.

But the quality of the interface does not answer the central question:

Can the client withdraw the money?

A dashboard can display a profitable trade and a growing balance. What matters is whether that balance can be transferred back to an account controlled by the customer without unexpected new conditions.

Velstrade withdrawal problems: what to watch for

If you already have money with Velstrade, I would pay particular attention to what happens after the first withdrawal request.

Stop and investigate if support suddenly requests a separate payment for:

  • tax;
  • insurance;
  • AML verification;
  • withdrawal activation;
  • liquidity;
  • commission;
  • account upgrade;
  • security deposit.

A legitimate fee should have a clear contractual basis.

It should not simply appear because you have decided to take your money out.

Do not send more money to rescue the existing balance

Imagine that Velstrade shows $15,000 in your account.

Support says another $2,500 is required before withdrawal.

The obvious temptation is to pay because the additional amount looks small compared with the balance you are trying to recover.

But the $15,000 has not yet been proven withdrawable.

The new $2,500 is real money leaving your control.

If another condition appears afterwards, your loss becomes larger.

Velstrade reviews: focus on withdrawals, not profits

When checking Velstrade reviews, I would pay less attention to comments saying that trades were profitable.

Profitable trades shown in a terminal do not verify a broker.

The useful questions are different:

Did the user withdraw the full amount?

How long did the withdrawal take?

Was another payment requested?

Did the broker allow the account to be closed without a new deposit?

That tells us much more about the practical value of the service.

The domain itself is older, but that does not solve the problem

Velstrade.com was originally registered in 2019.

Normally, an older domain can be a positive factor.

But domain age does not override a current regulatory warning connected with the operation.

The present site also carries a 2026 copyright notice and currently promotes account plans and services that need to be judged on their present terms.

An old registration date is not a financial licence.

What to do if Velstrade does not withdraw money

If you are already experiencing problems, I would stop making new deposits and preserve evidence.

Save your balance, account number, deposit history, trading history and every withdrawal request.

Keep emails, live-chat conversations, WhatsApp or Telegram messages and the names used by account managers.

If you transferred cryptocurrency, save the wallet address and transaction hash.

If you used a bank transfer, identify the exact beneficiary shown on the payment receipt.

Separate the real deposits from the displayed profit

Suppose Velstrade shows $35,000, while you actually transferred $12,000.

Do not treat those numbers as identical.

The $12,000 has a verifiable external payment trail.

The remaining amount may represent trading results displayed inside the platform.

For a complaint or recovery analysis, start with the money that actually left your possession.

Velstrade review: is velstrade.com safe?

I would treat velstrade.com as a very high-risk trading platform.

The website claims global regulation and segregated client funds, but its own contact information connects it with velstrade.co, which the FCA has officially identified as unauthorised.

The addresses published by velstrade.com also match those contained in the FCA warning.

At the same time, Velstrade markets account plans with advertised returns reaching 120% while selling high-risk CFD products that can result in the complete loss of invested capital.

If you have not deposited, I would not rely on the professional website, trading tools or “globally regulated” claim until the exact legal entity and licence can be independently verified.

If your withdrawal is already blocked, do not keep sending money to unlock the balance.

You can submit your complaint and learn what steps may help recover your funds here.

Research basis — not for publication: the FCA warning names velstrade.co, the Great Neck and Canary Wharf addresses, and states that the firm is unauthorised. The current velstrade.com site publishes the same addresses and has also displayed support@velstrade.co; its homepage advertises account plans with “up to” 25%, 50%, 80% and 120% returns. fca.org.uk
