Vuxocap operates through vuxocap-vip.io and presents itself as a Forex and CFD broker. The website offers currencies, commodities, indices and cryptocurrency CFDs, while promising fast execution, negative balance protection and more than 150 trading instruments.
The presentation is professional, but there is a much more important fact to consider: the French financial regulator AMF has blacklisted vuxocap-vip.io as an unauthorised Forex website.
For me, this regulatory warning is far more significant than the promises displayed on the broker’s homepage.

AMF blacklisted vuxocap-vip.io
On September 28, 2026, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers added vuxocap-vip.io to its Forex blacklist.
The regulator states that the website offers financial services or investments without the required authorisation.
This is not simply a negative review from an unhappy trader. It is an official warning concerning the exact domain currently promoting Vuxocap.
A separate Vuxocap-branded domain, vuxocap.co, had already been placed on the AMF Forex blacklist in June 2026.
That does not by itself prove that every Vuxocap domain has the same operator, but repeated regulatory warnings around the same brand deserve serious attention.
What does Vuxocap offer?
Vuxocap advertises trading in five major areas: Forex, commodities, indices, cryptocurrency CFDs and other market instruments.
The broker says orders are routed through tier-one liquidity venues and that most market orders are filled in less than one second.
It also promotes three ways to trade: a browser-based WebTrader, mobile trading and MetaTrader 5.
These features can make the platform look like an ordinary international broker. However, a professional trading interface does not replace financial regulation.
Vuxocap does not clearly identify a licence
When checking vuxocap-vip.io, I found claims about segregated client funds and tier-one banks, but I did not find a clear financial licence number that could independently establish authorisation for the services being offered.
This is especially important because the AMF has already classified the domain as unauthorised.
Statements such as “segregated client funds” sound reassuring, but investors should ask where those accounts are held, which legal company owns them and which regulator supervises the arrangement.
Without that information, the claim remains difficult to verify.
The Zurich address does not prove regulation
Vuxocap publishes the address:
Förrlibuckstrasse 190, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland
It also gives UK and Swiss telephone numbers.
A Swiss address can make a broker appear more credible, but an address alone is not a FINMA licence.
The same applies to an international phone number. Users should distinguish between contact information and actual financial authorisation.
Vuxocap says client funds are segregated
The website states that customer deposits are held separately from the company’s own funds at tier-one banks.
Segregation is an important protection when it exists within a properly regulated brokerage structure.
But investors should not rely solely on this sentence.
I would want to know the name of the legal entity maintaining those accounts, the relevant bank or banking jurisdiction and the regulatory rules governing client-money protection.
That is particularly important when a financial regulator has already warned about the website.
Vuxocap withdrawal problems: what to watch for
With questionable brokers, deposits are often much easier than withdrawals.
The real problem may appear only when the client attempts to take money out.
Be particularly cautious if a Vuxocap withdrawal suddenly requires another payment for:
- tax;
- insurance;
- AML verification;
- liquidity;
- commission;
- account activation;
- security deposit.
A legitimate withdrawal charge should have a clear contractual basis and should normally be disclosed before the client funds the account.
Do not keep paying to release the balance
Suppose the Vuxocap platform shows $20,000.
You request a withdrawal and are told that another $3,000 must be transferred before the money can be released.
The natural reaction is to protect the larger balance by paying the smaller amount.
That logic can be dangerous.
The $20,000 displayed inside the trading platform has not yet been proven withdrawable. The additional $3,000 is real money you are about to send.
If another fee appears afterwards, the loss simply becomes larger.
A WebTrader balance is not proof of real assets
Trading software can show real market charts while the account balance itself is controlled by the platform.
A client may see profitable positions, account equity and a growing balance and naturally assume that the money exists in a regulated brokerage account.
That assumption should be tested through withdrawal.
If a broker can accept money immediately but cannot return it under clear and predictable conditions, profitable trades shown on screen become much less important.
Vuxocap reviews and earlier domains
Vuxocap has appeared under several similar domains over time.
Independent investigations have previously discussed Vuxocap websites including .net, .co and newer .io addresses. A Vuxocap-branded WebTrader domain has also been reported separately.
The important point for current users is simple: always verify the exact address you are using.
The AMF warning currently applies directly to vuxocap-vip.io, while vuxocap.co is separately present on the regulator’s blacklist.
Do not borrow money for a broker account
If a Vuxocap manager encourages you to borrow money, use a credit card or ask relatives for funds, I would stop increasing the deposit.
CFD and Forex trading already involve substantial market risk.
Borrowing adds a second risk: even if the investment is lost or the withdrawal fails, the loan still has to be repaid.
A broker refusing to release existing funds does not become safer because the client sends it more money.
What to do if Vuxocap does not withdraw money
If you already deposited through vuxocap-vip.io, preserve the evidence before making another payment.
Save your account balance, deposit history, withdrawal requests, trading history and all correspondence with support or account managers.
If you paid by bank transfer, identify the actual beneficiary shown on your statement. If cryptocurrency was used, save every receiving wallet address and transaction hash.
Also keep phone numbers, emails and messenger usernames.
Separate your deposits from the displayed profit
Suppose Vuxocap shows a balance of $35,000 but you actually transferred $12,000.
These amounts should be recorded separately.
The $12,000 represents real transfers that can be documented through banking or blockchain records.
The remaining $23,000 may represent trading profit displayed inside the platform. For a bank complaint, police report or legal analysis, I would start with the amount that actually left your possession.
Is vuxocap-vip.io legitimate?
I would treat Vuxocap / vuxocap-vip.io as a very high-risk trading platform.
The reason is straightforward: the AMF has officially placed the exact domain on its Forex blacklist for offering financial services without authorisation.
The website promotes more than 150 instruments, fast execution and segregated client funds, but I could not establish a clear licence on the site that resolves the regulator’s warning.
A separate Vuxocap domain, vuxocap.co, was also blacklisted earlier in 2026.
If you have not deposited yet, I would not rely on the Swiss address, WebTrader interface or claims about tier-one banks as proof that the broker is authorised.
If your money is already on the platform and withdrawal now depends on another payment, stop increasing the amount at risk and preserve the full payment trail first.
You can submit your complaint and learn what steps may help recover your funds here.
Research basis — not for publication: the AMF blacklisted vuxocap-vip.io on September 28, 2026 and had separately blacklisted vuxocap.co on June 18, 2026. The current Vuxocap website advertises 150+ instruments, segregated funds, WebTrader/MT5 access and the Zurich contact details used above.
