ITIAssets operates through itiassetai.com, while trader.itiassetai.com is used for opening accounts and accessing the trading area. The website presents the business as ITI Ltd / Icon Technology International Ltd and offers CFD trading in currencies, commodities, metals and indices with leverage reaching 1:100.
At first sight, the platform tries to look like an established international broker. A closer check leaves several important questions unanswered.
What is actually known about ITIAssets?
The website lists an address at Top Floor, Rodney Court Building, Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia and uses the email support@itiassets.com. It also displays registration number 2025-00141.
The problem is that a company registration number is not the same thing as a brokerage licence. I could not verify a clearly stated financial licence or a regulator supervising ITIAssets’ CFD operations.
There is also a timeline issue. The website carries a 2025 copyright notice, while itiassetai.com itself was registered only on April 23, 2026. For a financial platform, such a short independent history makes claims about experience and reliability difficult to evaluate.
The trading terminal does not solve the licence question
Registration and login buttons on the main site lead directly to trader.itiassetai.com, so the two domains are clearly connected.
ITIAssets also promotes the Fortex trading infrastructure and claims that client funds are kept separately from company operating funds. These statements sound reassuring, but the website does not identify the bank holding those funds or provide documentation showing how the segregation arrangement works.
The platform also promises that deposits are processed quickly and withdrawal requests receive fast treatment. That promise should be compared with actual client experience rather than taken at face value.
ITIAssets withdrawal problems
Recent monitoring publications have already included itiassetai.com and trader.itiassetai.com among trading platforms connected with user complaints.
The situations investors should watch for usually begin after a withdrawal request. Particular caution is needed if the manager suddenly asks for:
- tax before releasing the balance;
- account or wallet insurance;
- an additional verification transfer;
- another deposit to increase account turnover;
- payment to close supposed credit leverage;
- a guarantor or third person for withdrawal.
If the money is already shown as available in the account, sending one more payment does not prove that the withdrawal will be completed.
ITIAssets reviews
Independent feedback about the current domains is still limited, which is understandable given their recent appearance.
One published complainant reported losing approximately $6,700 after trusting representatives of the platform. Another user described a loss of about $5,400 after receiving an investment proposal by email and being persuaded that trading involved little risk.
“Everything looked convincing while I was depositing. The real problem started when I expected to get my money back.”
These accounts are user allegations rather than independently audited transaction records, but they add to the concerns created by the young domain and unclear licensing status.
What should investors do?
If ITIAssets is already delaying your withdrawal, I would stop making new payments until the company provides a clear written explanation and verifiable legal basis for every requested fee.
