Luno Global operates through lunoglobal.online and promotes Forex, stocks, commodities and cryptocurrency trading. At first glance, the website looks more developed than many short-lived trading projects: there are account packages, MetaTrader references, a client area, support contacts and descriptions of withdrawal times.
A closer look, however, raises several questions. The platform claims a 99.9% successful trade rate, calls itself “trusted and regulated,” yet does not provide a clear legal entity or verifiable financial licence on the main pages.
The numbers on the website deserve attention
Luno Global sells three levels of access. The Basic package costs $500, Pro costs $1,500 and Elite costs $5,000. More expensive packages supposedly provide faster withdrawals, with the Elite tier advertising instant payouts.
There is another detail I noticed immediately. The market table displayed BNBUSDT at about $660,468, SOLUSDT above $67,000 and XRPUSDT above $1,500. These quotations were nowhere near actual market prices at the time of checking. For a platform presenting itself as a professional trading service, incorrect market data is not a minor cosmetic issue.
The repeated claim of 99.9% successful trades is equally difficult to take seriously. No legitimate trading system can realistically promise that almost every transaction will end successfully.
Is Luno Global regulated?
There is a much more concrete problem than the marketing language. LunoGlobal and lunoglobal.online were added to the Bank of Russia warning list on July 21, 2026. The regulator identified signs of an illegal professional securities market participant.
The website itself says it is regulated but does not prominently name the regulator or provide a licence number that can be matched with the business.
The domain also has a very short history. Public WHOIS checks indicate that lunoglobal.online was registered on June 10, 2026. This makes claims about years of experience or extensively tested trading systems difficult to verify.
Luno Global should not be confused with Luno
There is another important point. A well-established cryptocurrency company called Luno already exists and operates through luno.com. It has its own regulated entities in several jurisdictions.
I found no evidence that lunoglobal.online belongs to that business. The genuine Luno specifically tells customers to use its official domain and states that its legitimate emails come from the luno.com domain.
Luno Global, by contrast, uses support@lunoglobal.online and a separate WhatsApp number. A similar name should therefore not be treated as evidence of affiliation with the established Luno crypto platform.
What happens when a withdrawal is requested?
The website promises withdrawals within 24–48 hours for Basic users, 12 hours for Pro accounts and instant processing for Elite accounts. Public complaints describe a noticeably different experience.
The pattern reported by users is familiar: the account shows profitable trading, but when the client requests the money, new requirements appear. These may involve:
- withdrawal commissions;
- additional identity verification;
- tax payments;
- account activation charges;
- another deposit before the transaction can be approved.
This is the point where I would stop. If money is supposedly already available in the account, repeatedly transferring more funds to “unlock” it can simply increase the loss.
Luno Global reviews
One complainant reported losing around 395,000 RUB after increasing his deposit because the platform displayed almost entirely successful trading. According to his account, withdrawal was later followed by demands for commissions and verification, and access was eventually blocked.
“When I tried to withdraw, they started demanding commissions and verification.”
Another user reported depositing approximately €3,000 and then paying separate charges after requesting a withdrawal. He claimed that €600 was requested for the withdrawal and another €400 for tax verification, but the funds still were not released.
These are individual allegations rather than independently audited transaction records. Still, they are worth comparing with the platform’s own promise of exceptionally fast withdrawals and a 99.9% trade success rate.
What should investors do?
If Luno Global has already stopped or delayed your withdrawal, I would not pay another tax, insurance charge or verification deposit until the requirement has been independently confirmed. Save screenshots of the account, withdrawal requests, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, emails and WhatsApp correspondence.
If cryptocurrency was used, contact the exchange from which the transfer was sent and provide the recipient wallet address and transaction hash. If a bank card or transfer was involved, contact the payment provider promptly and ask what dispute options are still available.
