Webtrader.a2bmarkets.com is the browser trading terminal used by A2B Markets. The platform identifies the trading company as A2B Prime Markets Ltd and connects users to the server A2BMarkets-Server through a MetaQuotes terminal.
The main A2B Markets website claims that the broker is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under licence GB23202529, with company registration number 204048.
At first glance, that looks like a solid regulatory disclosure. However, I found an important problem during verification: another active broker, 4XHUB INTERNATIONAL LTD, is currently publishing the same Mauritius company registration number, the same FSC licence number and the same office address.
Until that discrepancy is independently explained, I would not rely on the licence information displayed on A2B Markets alone.

What is webtrader.a2bmarkets.com?
The subdomain opens a genuine MetaQuotes-style browser terminal rather than a simple imitation trading dashboard.
The login page displays:
Trading accounts: A2B Prime Markets Ltd
and the available server:
A2BMarkets-Server
The terminal also references MetaQuotes’ end-user licence documentation.
That means A2B Markets appears to have an MT5-compatible trading environment. But the presence of MetaTrader does not by itself verify the legal status of the broker providing the account.
MetaQuotes provides trading technology. Regulation must still be checked separately.
A2B Markets claims Mauritius regulation
The main website states that the operator is:
A2B Prime Markets Ltd
Company registration:
204048
FSC Mauritius licence:
GB23202529
Registered office:
40 Silicon Avenue, 2nd Floor, Suite 201, The Catalyst, Ebene, Republic of Mauritius
The website also says A2B Prime Markets Ltd operates under the trading names A2B Markets, A2B Prime and A2B.
These details are repeated across the About, Contact and Legal sections, which is better than a broker publishing no legal information at all.
The problem appears when those details are checked against other public information.
The same licence belongs to another broker on another live website
This is the part I would investigate before depositing.
The active website of 4XHUB INTERNATIONAL LTD currently states that it is incorporated in Mauritius under registration number:
204048
It also claims FSC Mauritius licence:
GB23202529
And it gives exactly the same office:
40 Silicon Avenue, 2nd Floor, Suite 201, The Catalyst, Ebene, Mauritius.
So two different company names currently appear online using the same company registration and financial licence details.
That requires an explanation.
A2B Markets may be a rebrand, but this should be verified
There are legitimate reasons why company details can change.
A regulated company can change its legal name, sell a business or rebrand its brokerage operation.
It is therefore possible that A2B Prime Markets represents a later name or brand connected with the former 4XHUB operation.
However, I could not find a clear public announcement explaining such a change.
The older 4XHUB website is also still live and continues to present 4XHUB INTERNATIONAL LTD as the company holding the same licence.
Because of that conflict, I would verify the current licence holder directly rather than accepting either website’s statement at face value.
The two websites are remarkably similar
The similarity is not limited to the licence number.
Both operations promote:
MT4 and MT5, deposits from $10, leverage up to 1:500, raw spreads from 0.0 pips and a $3.75 commission per side on raw-style accounts.
Both describe fast execution and segregated client funds.
Even the general marketing language and structure are very similar.
That makes a historical connection between the businesses possible, but the website should make that relationship transparent to customers.
A2B Markets offers leverage up to 1:500
A2B Markets advertises Standard, Cent and Raw accounts starting from only $10.
Maximum leverage is listed as:
1:500
Such leverage can amplify gains, but it also dramatically increases the speed at which a client can lose capital.
A relatively small adverse price movement can trigger a margin call or automatic closing of positions.
A2B Markets itself warns that CFDs and leveraged products carry a substantial risk of loss.
Users should take that warning seriously rather than focusing only on the low minimum deposit.
The broker offers a 100% deposit bonus
A2B Markets also promotes a 100% first-deposit bonus.
According to the website, the bonus is initially used as additional trading margin and becomes withdrawable only as the client completes eligible trading volume.
This is important when researching A2B Markets withdrawal problems.
A bonus can change the economics of an account because bonus credit and real deposited funds may be treated differently.
Before accepting a promotion, users should understand how a withdrawal affects the bonus and whether any trading-volume condition applies.
Never assume that a displayed doubled balance means the entire amount is immediately withdrawable.
A2B Markets says withdrawals are fast
The payment page advertises:
“Fast withdrawals.”
The company says withdrawal requests are processed by a dedicated payments team and normally returned to the original funding source.
It accepts cards, bank transfers, electronic wallets and cryptocurrency for funding.
However, the public marketing page does not give a simple guaranteed withdrawal timeframe for every method.
The wording “processed quickly” is considerably less precise than promising payment within a fixed number of business days.
Full verification is required for withdrawals
The website describes three verification levels.
The highest level requires proof of residency and is said to enable:
full deposit limits, withdrawals and no restrictions.
KYC before withdrawal is normal at regulated brokers.
But clients should complete these requirements as early as possible rather than discover them only after requesting money.
If support later introduces requirements not described in the published policies, save the communication.
Withdrawal verification should not require another investment
Document verification and an additional deposit are two different things.
If you are asked to provide identification, address evidence or source-of-funds information, that can form part of a normal compliance process.
If you are told to send more money to release an existing balance, the situation deserves much more caution.
Be particularly careful with unexpected requests for tax, insurance, AML deposits, liquidity payments or account-unblocking fees.
Do not automatically send another transfer because someone says it is the final step.
A2B Markets reviews are still very limited
Independent A2B Markets reviews are scarce.
The Trustpilot profile connected with the client portal currently shows only a very small number of reviews — approximately one indexed customer review during my check.
That is not enough to establish a reliable withdrawal history.
A broker can have an attractive website, MT5 integration and detailed legal documents while still lacking a long public operating record.
For a relatively obscure platform, independent evidence of successful withdrawals is especially valuable.
MetaTrader does not settle the licence question
Some users assume that if a broker appears inside MT4 or MT5, MetaQuotes must have approved its financial business.
That is not how regulation works.
MetaTrader is software used by many brokerage businesses.
The existence of A2BMarkets-Server confirms the trading environment, not necessarily the regulatory identity presented on the website.
The company name, licence and actual recipient of client funds still need to match.
Check the payment recipient
A2B Markets says that B N M Cyprus Ltd acts as an appointed representative and payment agent for A2B Prime Markets Ltd.
This means a payment recipient may not always display the A2B brand itself.
If you deposit, preserve the exact beneficiary name shown by your bank, card provider or crypto transaction.
Then compare it with the entities disclosed in the broker’s legal documentation.
An unexplained payment to an unrelated private person or company should not be ignored.
What to do if A2B Markets does not withdraw money
If your withdrawal from webtrader.a2bmarkets.com is already delayed, stop increasing the account until the reason is clear.
Save screenshots of your MetaTrader account number, balance, positions and withdrawal requests. Keep emails and messages with account managers and support.
Preserve all deposit records, including bank beneficiaries and cryptocurrency wallet addresses.
If a bonus was added to the account, save the bonus terms that applied at the moment you accepted it.
These details may become important if the conditions later change.
webtrader.a2bmarkets.com reviews and withdrawal problems: my assessment
I would treat webtrader.a2bmarkets.com with caution until the regulatory identity is independently clarified.
Unlike many anonymous trading websites, A2B Markets provides detailed legal information, a functional MetaTrader environment, risk warnings and a named Mauritius company.
But there is a significant unresolved contradiction.
A2B Prime Markets Ltd claims company registration 204048 and FSC licence GB23202529, while the currently accessible 4XHUB INTERNATIONAL LTD website claims exactly the same registration, licence and Mauritius office.
This could potentially reflect a legitimate company rename or rebrand, but I found no clear public explanation confirming that transition.
Until the current FSC licence holder and relationship between A2B Markets and 4XHUB are verified, I would not rely solely on the statements published on either website.
If you already have money in A2B Markets and a withdrawal is being delayed, especially if another payment is requested first, do not keep increasing the amount at risk.
You can submit your complaint and learn what steps may help recover your funds here.
