Nexorix Invest operates through nexorix-invest.com and a separate trading area at cfd.nexorix-invest.com. The website promotes long-term investing, cryptocurrency markets, MT4/MT5 access and several account levels starting from $250.
The strongest fact I found is not on the company’s website. In September 2026, the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority issued an official investor warning concerning Nexorix Invest and both of these exact domains.
The regulator states that Nexorix Invest is not authorised to provide investment services and activities under Romanian financial-market law.
For anyone considering a deposit, this warning is far more important than the design of the trading platform or its marketing promises.

Romanian regulator warns about Nexorix Invest
The Financial Supervisory Authority published its Nexorix Invest warning on September 22, 2026.
It specifically identifies:
nexorix-invest.com
and
cfd.nexorix-invest.com
The warning says the entity is not authorised by the authority to provide investment services and activities.
The same warning has also appeared through the international IOSCO investor-alert network.
This means we are not dealing merely with a negative blog review or an automated website score. There is an official financial-regulator notice concerning the exact platform.
Nexorix-invest.com is a very new domain
The current domain was registered on May 8, 2026.
That gives Nexorix Invest only a few months of verifiable history under this website.
A new domain is not automatically suspicious. New financial companies and technology projects appear all the time.
But the age becomes important when a website asks users to entrust it with investment capital while providing little independent corporate history.
There simply is not enough long-term evidence to show how Nexorix handles accounts and withdrawals over several years.
What does Nexorix Invest offer?
The website presents Nexorix as a wealth-building and investment service.
Its marketing talks about investment horizons of five, ten or more than twenty years, portfolio construction, risk assessment and strategies designed to adapt as markets change.
At the same time, the site promotes cryptocurrency market prices and access to MT4 / MT5.
This creates a mixture of long-term wealth-management language and short-term CFD or leveraged trading infrastructure.
Those are very different financial services, and a properly regulated firm would normally explain clearly which legal entity provides each one.
Three Nexorix Invest account levels
The website advertises three account types.
The Starter account begins at approximately $250 and includes access to MT4/MT5 and basic trading tools.
The Pro account starts from $500 and promises expanded trading conditions and additional instruments.
The Elite account begins at $1,000 and advertises priority execution, exclusive analytics and personalised strategy support.
The relatively low entry level makes the platform accessible to retail investors — exactly the type of customer for whom regulatory status matters most.
Who owns Nexorix Invest?
This is one of the weaker parts of the website.
The footer refers to:
“NEXORIX invest, Inc.”
However, I could not find a clear legal-company section giving an incorporation number, regulator reference, registered office and jurisdiction that can be matched to an authorised financial institution.
The obvious About, Contact and Terms URLs do not provide separate detailed legal pages. They effectively return the same main website content.
That is unusual for an investment platform.
A client should be able to identify exactly which company receives the money and which legal agreement governs the account.
The CFD platform is not publicly transparent
Users are sent to cfd.nexorix-invest.com to access the trading environment.
The portal is protected by login, so key information about account balances, deposits and withdrawals is not available publicly.
A login-protected trading area is normal by itself.
The problem is that I could not find a detailed public withdrawal policy explaining processing times, fees, verification requirements or who legally holds client funds.
Those terms should ideally be available before someone deposits, not only after registration.
MT4 and MT5 do not prove that Nexorix is regulated
The Nexorix website advertises MetaTrader access.
This can create confidence because MT4 and MT5 are familiar trading platforms used throughout the forex industry.
But MetaTrader software is not a broker licence.
A platform can display market prices, account balances and trades while the company behind the account remains unregulated.
The important questions are who operates the trading account, where client funds are held and whether the provider has permission to offer investment services.
In the case of Nexorix Invest, the Romanian regulator has already stated that the entity is not authorised by it.
Nexorix Invest reviews on Trustpilot are very limited
Nexorix Invest currently has only a tiny amount of independent feedback on Trustpilot.
At the time of my check, the profile showed only two reviews and an overall score of around 2.9 out of 5.
Two reviews are nowhere near enough to establish a reliable reputation.
They do not demonstrate whether hundreds or thousands of customers have successfully deposited and withdrawn funds.
This is especially important for a recently registered financial domain.
A professional-looking Trustpilot page should never replace regulatory verification.
Security websites also treat the domain cautiously
Automated reputation services have also raised concerns.
One service rated the website in a caution category largely because of its recent registration, limited independent reputation and cryptocurrency-related financial activity.
Another assigned the domain a very low trust score.
Automated website checkers should not be treated as financial regulators, and they can make mistakes.
But these signals are consistent with the more important fact: the platform is young and has already been named in an official regulatory warning.
Nexorix Invest withdrawal problems: what would concern me?
If you already deposited with Nexorix and are trying to withdraw, watch carefully for changing conditions.
A withdrawal becomes particularly concerning when a representative suddenly says you must send additional money first.
Typical explanations can include tax, insurance, AML verification, account activation, liquidity requirements or a security deposit.
Do not assume that another transfer will release the existing balance.
If the platform already holds your money, ask for the contractual basis for any new charge and why it cannot be deducted from the balance.
A balance on the CFD platform is not proof of available funds
Suppose you transferred $10,000 and the Nexorix dashboard later shows $22,000.
That figure may include supposed trading profits.
Until the money is actually returned to your bank account or personal cryptocurrency wallet, it should not be treated as cash you already possess.
For any complaint or recovery analysis, distinguish between the money you really transferred and the additional profit displayed inside the trading account.
Your actual transfers are supported by bank statements or blockchain transactions.
Do not increase the deposit to unlock the account
Account managers sometimes tell investors that upgrading to a higher account level will remove withdrawal restrictions or provide better liquidity.
Nexorix itself advertises progressively higher Starter, Pro and Elite levels.
If a withdrawal is already unresolved, I would not deposit more simply to reach another account tier.
A larger balance does not solve an unresolved regulatory or withdrawal problem.
It only increases the amount exposed.
What to do if Nexorix Invest does not withdraw money
Stop sending additional funds while the withdrawal remains unresolved.
Save screenshots of the trading account, balance, positions and withdrawal request. Keep emails, telephone numbers and all messenger conversations with representatives.
If you paid by bank transfer or card, record the actual beneficiary.
If cryptocurrency was used, save the wallet address, network and transaction hash.
These records are usually much more valuable than screenshots showing profit.
nexorix-invest.com reviews and withdrawal problems: my assessment
I would treat nexorix-invest.com and cfd.nexorix-invest.com as very high-risk investment platforms.
The key reason is straightforward: the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority specifically warned about Nexorix Invest in September 2026 and states that the entity is not authorised to provide investment services and activities.
The domain was only registered in May 2026, the website provides limited verifiable information about the legal company behind the operation, and detailed public withdrawal terms are difficult to find.
Trustpilot currently contains only a couple of reviews, which is far too little to offset the regulatory concerns.
If you have not deposited, I would not rely on the MT4/MT5 reference, investment plans or professional-looking CFD dashboard as evidence of regulation.
If your withdrawal is already blocked and someone asks for another payment before releasing the funds, do not keep increasing the amount at risk.
You can submit your complaint and learn what steps may help recover your funds here.
