Fin Pro Invest operates through fin-pro-invest.ru and finpro-invest.com, offering cryptocurrency trading, tokenized securities, forex, commodities, ETFs and bonds. The platform advertises more than 1,500 assets, personal financial consultants and deposits starting from $100.
The strongest warning sign I found is its approach to regulation. Fin Pro Invest promotes “reliable regulation” and compliance with FCA standards, but the regulatory page embedded in its website actually describes Monex Europe Limited, a completely different financial company.
The FCA reference shown there — 998114 — belongs to Monex Europe Limited. I found no evidence that this licence belongs to Fin Pro Invest or authorises the two Fin Pro Invest domains.

Fin Pro Invest domains appeared only in 2026
The current websites have a very short history.
Public domain records show that fin-pro-invest.ru was registered on March 31, 2026, while finpro-invest.com was registered on March 23, 2026.
That does not automatically make the project unsafe, but it is important when evaluating its supposed track record. There is little long-term history showing how the platform has handled client funds, withdrawals and complaints over several years.
The situation becomes more questionable because the website itself contains customer testimonials dated 2025, before either of these current domains existed.
What does Fin Pro Invest offer?
The platform presents itself as a combined cryptocurrency and traditional investment service.
Clients are offered Bitcoin, Ethereum and other digital assets alongside tokenized shares, indices, commodities, currency pairs, ETFs and government or corporate bonds. The site claims more than 1,500 assets and promotes charts, dozens of indicators, price alerts, stop-loss tools and transaction history.
Fin Pro Invest also places considerable emphasis on working with a personal financial consultant.
That deserves caution because the consultant may have a direct interest in encouraging larger deposits. Any recommendation to increase the account should be judged independently rather than accepted simply because the dashboard shows previous profits.
The FCA licence does not belong to Fin Pro Invest
The site’s “Regulation” material is particularly revealing.
Instead of giving a Fin Pro Invest company name and licence, the page states that Monex Europe Limited is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority as an electronic money institution under reference number 998114.
That information about Monex is genuine.
The problem is that Monex Europe Limited is not Fin Pro Invest.
The original regulatory wording is also available through the genuine Monex organisation. Fin Pro Invest appears to reproduce this information inside its own infrastructure without explaining any corporate relationship between the businesses.
Monex is not evidence that Fin Pro Invest is regulated
This distinction is crucial.
Monex Europe Limited operates through its own established corporate and online infrastructure. FCA registration 998114 relates to that company and its authorised electronic-money and payment activities.
A third-party trading platform cannot become FCA-regulated simply by displaying the name or licence number of a regulated company.
I could not verify that fin-pro-invest.ru or finpro-invest.com belongs to Monex Europe Limited.
Until such a relationship is independently confirmed, the Monex information should not be treated as Fin Pro Invest’s licence.
The legal agreement mentions an unrelated website
Another unusual detail appears in the Fin Pro Invest legal text.
The Client Agreement repeatedly says that it governs visitors to:
www.diamondpride.ru
That is not either of the Fin Pro Invest domains.
This looks like reused or inadequately edited legal content.
For a platform accepting investment deposits, legal documentation should identify the correct company, website and contractual counterparty. A document referring to an unrelated domain makes it much harder to establish who is actually responsible for the client’s account.
Three closely related domains appear in the infrastructure
In addition to the two domains supplied for Fin Pro Invest, the website also loads content from:
fin-proinvest.ru
This third domain is used for login and registration elements and hosts the embedded Monex regulatory page.
Even the favicon and some website resources on fin-pro-invest.ru originate from that third address.
Multiple domains are not inherently problematic, but a financial company should explain clearly why they are used and which one represents the legally authorised operator.
The company identity remains unclear
The public website promotes financial services but does not clearly present the type of legal disclosure I would expect from a regulated broker.
I could not establish a prominently disclosed legal entity behind the current Fin Pro Invest operation with its own company registration number, jurisdiction and verifiable brokerage licence.
Instead, users are given general statements about FCA and “CPO” standards and a regulatory page concerning Monex.
That is not the same as demonstrating authorisation to provide brokerage or investment services.
Fin Pro Invest reviews raise withdrawal concerns
There are already public complaints associated with Fin Pro Invest withdrawal problems.
One complaint published in July 2026 alleges that a client deposited approximately $3,600 over several weeks through a bank card and cryptocurrency wallet. According to that account, problems began after a withdrawal was requested and further payments were allegedly demanded for tax, currency conversion and a bank guarantee.
Another recently published user comment alleges that approximately $500 could not be withdrawn.
These are individual allegations published on third-party websites, not regulatory findings or court judgments, so they should not be treated as independently proven facts.
However, they are relevant because the company’s own public information does not give particularly clear withdrawal limits and processing times.
Withdrawal conditions are not transparent enough
The website says users can fund accounts using Visa, Mastercard or bank transfers.
It also states that corporate clients can deposit and withdraw by bank transfer without a platform commission.
But important details are difficult to find.
The platform does not clearly publish a comprehensive schedule showing exact withdrawal limits, approval times and all conditions that may block a payout.
For a financial platform, these details should be known before a client deposits, not explained only after a withdrawal request.
Be careful with extra payments before withdrawal
If your Fin Pro Invest account already shows a profit and a manager says you need to send more money before withdrawing it, do not automatically pay.
Requests described as tax, insurance, conversion, AML clearance, bank guarantees or account activation deserve independent verification.
A genuine tax obligation does not become legitimate merely because an account manager sends payment instructions.
If the platform already shows enough funds to cover a legitimate fee, also ask why that fee cannot simply be deducted from the account.
The account balance is not the same as money in your bank
A trading dashboard can display a growing balance, profitable transactions and apparently successful investments.
The important test is whether the money can actually be withdrawn to an account controlled by the client.
If you transferred $10,000 but the platform now shows $35,000, record those figures separately.
The $10,000 represents documented transfers. The additional $25,000 is only a displayed trading result until it is successfully paid out.
What to do if Fin Pro Invest does not withdraw money
If a withdrawal is already delayed, stop increasing the deposit until the situation is resolved.
Save your account balance, transaction history and withdrawal requests. Keep emails, telephone numbers and messenger conversations with the financial consultant or other representatives.
For bank and card payments, record the exact recipient. If cryptocurrency was used, preserve the wallet address, blockchain network and transaction hash.
These payment records are often more important than screenshots of profits.
No clear official warning found yet
During my checks, I did not find a clear Bank of Russia, FCA, Consob or CNMV warning specifically naming fin-pro-invest.ru or finpro-invest.com.
That should not be interpreted as proof that the sites are authorised.
The important regulatory question is whether the company behind the domains has its own verifiable permission to provide the services being offered.
At present, the regulatory material I found points to Monex Europe Limited rather than Fin Pro Invest.
fin-pro-invest.ru reviews and withdrawal problems: my assessment
I would treat fin-pro-invest.ru and finpro-invest.com as high-risk and insufficiently verified financial platforms.
Both current domains appeared only in March 2026, yet the website contains older-looking testimonials. Its Client Agreement inexplicably names the unrelated diamondpride.ru website, while another Fin Pro Invest domain hosts regulatory material copied from the genuine Monex Europe operation.
Most importantly, FCA reference 998114 belongs to Monex Europe Limited, not to a clearly identified Fin Pro Invest entity.
The combination of unclear ownership, copied third-party regulation, incomplete withdrawal conditions and emerging withdrawal complaints is enough to justify serious caution.
If your money is already on the platform and another payment is being demanded before withdrawal, do not keep increasing the amount at risk.
