srinvaltd.com reviews and withdrawal problems

SRINVA operates through srinvaltd.com and presents itself as SR Investment Associates LTD, an online trading platform offering forex, cryptocurrencies, shares, commodities and CFDs.

The website looks like a conventional broker. It advertises several account types, copy trading, automated trading and access to more than a thousand instruments.

The most important facts, however, come from regulators. In May 2026, the Spanish CNMV officially warned that srinvaltd.com and sp.srinvaltd.com are not authorised to provide investment services or crypto-asset services. A few months later, Italy’s Consob ordered the blocking of srinvaltd.com in connection with unauthorised investment services.

For me, these official actions are much more important than the trading interface or marketing claims.

CNMV warned about srinvaltd.com

On May 11, 2026, Spain’s securities regulator CNMV issued a warning concerning:

srinvaltd.com

sp.srinvaltd.com

SRINVA

The regulator stated that SRINVA was not authorised to provide regulated investment services, including foreign-exchange activities.

The warning also covered crypto-asset services requiring authorisation under European MiCA rules.

This is a direct warning about the exact domains used by the platform.

Consob later ordered the website blocked

The regulatory problems did not stop with Spain.

In July 2026, Italy’s Consob included srinvaltd.com among websites ordered to be blocked for providing investment services without authorisation.

Two separate European regulatory actions are a serious warning sign.

A broker can write on its own website that it is transparent, secure or internationally active. That does not override a formal regulator decision.

The domain is much newer than the company history suggests

Srinvaltd.com was registered on October 15, 2025.

That means the current domain is less than a year old.

However, the website contains much older-looking corporate claims.

Its footer has referred to:

Copyright © 2007-2024 SR Investment Associates LTD

The site also displays supposed awards dated 2014, 2017, 2018, 2022 and 2023.

That creates an obvious inconsistency.

A recently registered domain can belong to an older company, but in that case I would expect clear evidence showing the connection between the historic business and the new website.

I did not find that evidence on srinvaltd.com.

The website uses two different company names

Another issue is the company identity.

Most pages use:

SR Investment Associates LTD

But the Contact page gives the office under:

SR Investment Management

at 1 Blacksmiths Cottage, Chiddingstone Hoath, Edenbridge, Kent, TN8 7DJ, United Kingdom.

The site does not clearly explain the legal relationship between these names.

For a financial company, this should not be ambiguous.

The client needs to know exactly which legal entity holds the account and is responsible for returning the money.

A real company with a similar name may create confusion

There has been a genuine UK financial company using the name SR Investment Associates Ltd.

That makes checking the exact website particularly important.

A user may search the company name, find old references to a real financial adviser and assume that srinvaltd.com must belong to the same regulated business.

That conclusion should not be made from the name alone.

Independent broker research has also noted that the regulated entity with the same name does not appear to match the operation behind SRINVA.

The contact information is inconsistent

The English website gives the Kent address.

Some language versions also display another contact line:

Chicago 12, Melborne City, USA

along with the telephone number:

+88-01682648101

This is unusual.

“Melborne City” is misspelled, Chicago is not in Melbourne, and the telephone prefix does not fit the claimed US location.

Poor contact data does not by itself prove misconduct, but it is another reason not to rely on the website’s corporate presentation.

SRINVA claims to have won awards before the domain existed

The website lists several supposed awards, including “The Best Trading Platform, UK” and “The Best Trading Platform, London.”

Some are dated as far back as 2014.

Because srinvaltd.com only appeared in late 2025, those claims need independent proof.

I would expect an established broker to name the organisation that issued each award and provide verifiable records.

An award written on the broker’s own website is not independent evidence of reputation.

The website itself admits CFDs are high risk

SRINVA includes a high-risk investment warning saying that CFD trading is highly speculative and that clients can lose their entire investment.

That warning is correct.

The problem is that a risk disclaimer does not resolve the licensing issue.

A company can explain CFD risk accurately while still lacking authorisation to provide the service.

Regulatory status and market risk are separate questions.

srinvaltd.com reviews mention withdrawal problems

Public feedback about SRINVA is increasingly negative.

Several legal and consumer-protection publications report complaints from investors who say they were initially able to trade normally but later had difficulty withdrawing money.

One Italian law firm reports receiving multiple complaints from people alleging that capital and displayed trading profits could not be withdrawn.

Another German legal publication describes a similar pattern: the relationship initially appears professional, but later users report delays, changing explanations and blocked withdrawals.

These are user allegations rather than court findings, but they are consistent with the regulatory concerns surrounding the website.

A professional dashboard does not prove the balance is real

This is important with any online trading platform.

A client may deposit €5,000 and later see €12,000 in the account.

The platform may display real market prices and apparently profitable trades.

But that does not independently prove that €12,000 is held in a segregated brokerage account.

The decisive test is whether the money can actually be withdrawn.

If withdrawal repeatedly fails, the balance on screen becomes much less meaningful.

Be careful if another payment is required before withdrawal

If your SRINVA withdrawal is delayed, the situation becomes particularly concerning if support asks for additional funds.

Typical explanations may involve tax, insurance, AML verification, commission, liquidity or account activation.

Do not automatically pay.

A legitimate fee should be disclosed in advance and have a clear contractual basis.

If the account already shows enough money, also ask why the fee cannot simply be deducted from the existing balance.

Do not borrow money to increase the account

If an account manager recommends using credit or borrowing from relatives, I would stop immediately.

A larger deposit does not make an unauthorised platform safer.

If the existing withdrawal is already unresolved, sending more money only increases the amount at risk.

The same applies when a representative says that a larger deposit is necessary to reach a “professional” account level.

What to do if SRINVA does not withdraw money

Stop making additional deposits until you understand the situation.

Save your account balance, deposit history, trading history and every withdrawal request.

Keep emails, phone numbers and messenger conversations with the people who contacted you.

If you paid through a bank, save the recipient name and account details.

If cryptocurrency was used, preserve the receiving wallet address and transaction hash.

The payment trail is usually more useful than screenshots of profit.

Separate deposits from displayed profits

Suppose srinvaltd.com shows €40,000 in your account, while you actually transferred €15,000.

Record those amounts separately.

The €15,000 has a real banking or blockchain trail.

The remaining €25,000 may represent trading results shown inside the platform.

For a police report, bank complaint or recovery analysis, the actual transferred amount is usually the strongest starting point.

srinvaltd.com reviews and withdrawal problems: my assessment

I would treat srinvaltd.com as a very high-risk and unauthorised trading platform.

The reason is not simply the young domain or weak contact information.

The CNMV has officially warned that SRINVA, srinvaltd.com and sp.srinvaltd.com are not authorised to provide investment or crypto-asset services.

Italy’s Consob later ordered srinvaltd.com to be blocked for unauthorised investment activity.

The domain was registered only in October 2025, despite the website presenting awards and corporate history reaching much further back. The site also uses inconsistent company names and contact details.

Recent public complaints additionally describe problems withdrawing money.

If you have not deposited yet, I would not rely on the company name or the professional trading interface as proof that the platform is regulated.

If your withdrawal is already blocked and another payment is being demanded, do not keep increasing the amount at risk.

You can submit your complaint and learn what steps may help recover your funds here.
