nolimitmarkets.com reviews and withdrawal problems

No Limit Markets operates through nolimitmarkets.com, while customers use clients.nolimitmarkets.com to register and manage their accounts. The broker offers forex, cryptocurrencies, commodities and indices through MetaTrader 5, with Standard, ECN and ECN+ accounts.

The company says it is incorporated in Saint Lucia as No Limit Markets Ltd, registration number 2024-00262, and also lists an operational office in Dubai. The problem is that company registration is not the same as a financial brokerage licence.

There is now an additional concern: on September 30, 2026, the Bank of Russia added nolimitmarkets.com to its warning list for signs of an illegal professional securities market participant.

No Limit Markets domain history

The main domain was registered on February 6, 2023, meaning the website itself is not a brand-new domain.

Interestingly, the domain predates the Saint Lucia company registration number displayed on the current website, which begins with 2024. That does not automatically indicate wrongdoing, but it means users should not assume the corporate entity has operated the website continuously since the domain first appeared.

The separate client cabinet uses the same underlying domain infrastructure and is linked directly from the official No Limit Markets website.

What does No Limit Markets offer?

The broker promotes MetaTrader 5 and several account types.

The Standard account starts from $100, while the ECN account starts from $200. The ECN+ account is aimed at larger traders and requires a minimum deposit of $10,000.

The website advertises spreads from 1.5 pips for Standard, 0.4 pips for ECN and 0.2 pips for ECN+.

There are already inconsistencies in the published conditions. The Standard account page says there are no transaction commissions, but only a few lines later states that a $2.50 commission is charged on both the opening and closing side of each lot.

For a broker that describes its pricing as transparent, that contradiction should be clarified before money is deposited.

Registration in Saint Lucia is not a forex licence

No Limit Markets repeatedly uses language about “strict regulatory standards” and segregated customer funds.

However, its public website does not identify a financial regulator or provide a brokerage licence number.

The Saint Lucia Financial Services Regulatory Authority has explicitly stated that forex brokerage services are not licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. It has also warned that an International Business Company registration should not be presented as financial authorisation; companies conducting securities or other regulated financial business must obtain the appropriate licence in the relevant jurisdiction.

Therefore, registration number 2024-00262 should not be interpreted as proof that No Limit Markets is a regulated forex broker.

Bank of Russia added nolimitmarkets.com to its warning list

This is currently one of the clearest regulatory facts concerning the platform.

The Bank of Russia identifies nolimitmarkets.com specifically and states that it detected signs of an illegal professional securities market participant.

The warning was added on September 30, 2026.

That does not mean every trade or customer experience can automatically be classified as fraud. But it does mean that users should not describe No Limit Markets as a normally authorised broker in Russia.

The broker says it does not target EU, UK or US clients

No Limit Markets publishes an extensive restricted-country list.

It includes the United Kingdom and United States as well as all EU/EEA countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain and others.

The website says that if this restriction is violated, the company may block the customer’s trading account.

This is worth checking before registration because accepting an account while residing in a prohibited jurisdiction could later create complications during compliance checks or withdrawals.

The Terms still contain template placeholders

Another unusual detail appears in the site’s general Terms and Conditions.

The section governing disputes says the agreement is governed by the laws of:

[Jurisdiction]

The jurisdiction has never been filled in.

The page then ends by stating that the document is sample text and recommends consulting legal professionals to ensure compliance.

That is a remarkable thing to find in the main legal agreement of a broker accepting real customer deposits.

A customer entering into a financial contract should be able to determine which country’s law governs the relationship and where a dispute can be brought.

Withdrawal depends on broker approval

The more detailed account rules say that withdrawals are only possible after full identity verification and Broker approval.

Funds must also normally be returned using the same method used for the initial deposit.

Those requirements can be reasonable for AML purposes. What deserves more attention is the amount of discretion No Limit Markets retains elsewhere in the same agreement.

The broker can classify trading activity as prohibited, invalidate transactions, cancel profits and restrict withdrawals.

Short trades can be deleted

The trading rules state that positions closed or modified manually within 60 seconds are prohibited.

More broadly, transactions lasting less than three minutes or generating a movement of less than 10 pips can be considered invalid and removed.

The agreement says that if short-term trading is identified, the company can cancel profits across the account.

For active traders or scalpers, this is not a minor condition.

A strategy can appear profitable in MT5 while still being subject to cancellation under the broker’s internal rules.

Profits can be confiscated even after withdrawal

The prohibited-trading provisions go further.

The company states that profits arising from prohibited trading may be cancelled. If such profits have already been withdrawn, it says money can be confiscated from related client accounts to compensate for those amounts.

The rules also state that final interpretation and decision-making authority rests with the broker.

This gives No Limit Markets substantial control when a dispute arises over whether a profitable strategy violated its internal conditions.

A real complaint involves removed profits

A detailed complaint published in 2026 describes exactly this kind of dispute.

The trader claims to have used No Limit Markets for more than a year and completed around 850 transactions. According to the complaint, the broker later permanently closed the account and removed profits accumulated over several months.

The alleged reason involved an internal transfer while a silver position remained open during a market closure.

The user argued that this was not an external withdrawal and said the company did not provide evidence supporting its allegation of repeated prohibited behaviour.

No Limit Markets responded publicly that its compliance reviews are carried out according to trading records and the Client Agreement but said it could not discuss the individual account because of confidentiality.

This remains a customer allegation and dispute rather than a regulator finding. Still, it is relevant because the broker’s own written rules expressly allow profit cancellation and account restrictions.

MT5 does not prove regulation

No Limit Markets has a working MetaTrader 5 environment under the server name NoLimitMarkets-Live.

That shows that trading infrastructure exists, but MT5 should not be confused with regulatory authorisation.

MetaQuotes provides trading software. It does not guarantee that every company using MT5 holds a financial-services licence in every country where it accepts clients.

The licence of the broker itself remains the important issue.

Segregated funds claim needs clarification

Several No Limit Markets pages say client funds are held in segregated accounts.

But the detailed agreement uses much weaker wording, saying the broker may segregate funds and provides no guarantee regarding the banks or institutions holding them.

That difference matters.

If client-money segregation is a central safety claim, the broker should identify the banking arrangement and legal protections clearly rather than relying on general marketing language.

What to do if No Limit Markets does not withdraw money

If a withdrawal is already pending, avoid increasing the deposit until the exact reason for the delay is provided in writing.

Save your MT5 history, client-cabinet balance and every withdrawal request. Keep the original version of the account agreement and any emails describing trading restrictions.

If the broker says profits were generated through prohibited trading, ask it to identify the exact transactions and contractual clauses involved.

Also preserve payment evidence. For cards and bank transfers, keep the recipient information and statements. For cryptocurrency deposits, save the wallet address, network and transaction hash.

Do not automatically send additional money for supposed tax, insurance, account activation or liquidity requirements simply to obtain a withdrawal.

nolimitmarkets.com reviews and withdrawal problems: assessment

I would treat nolimitmarkets.com and clients.nolimitmarkets.com as high-risk for clients seeking a clearly regulated retail broker.

The company does disclose a Saint Lucia registration number and offers a functioning MT5 environment. However, I could not verify that the Saint Lucia registration itself provides forex brokerage authorisation, and the local FSRA specifically explains that forex brokerage is not licensed by it in the country.

More importantly, the Bank of Russia has now officially added nolimitmarkets.com to its warning list for signs of an illegal professional securities market participant.

The broker’s own documents create further concerns. Its general Terms still contain an unfinished “[Jurisdiction]” placeholder and describe themselves as sample text, while the detailed trading agreement allows the company to invalidate short trades, cancel profits and restrict withdrawals based on its interpretation of prohibited trading.

A public 2026 dispute alleging account closure and removal of profits closely mirrors the powers described in those rules.

For that reason, I would not rely solely on the Saint Lucia company registration, MetaTrader 5 access or general claims about “regulatory standards” as evidence that client funds have the protections normally associated with a fully regulated broker.

If your withdrawal is already blocked and another payment is being demanded before your balance can be released, do not keep increasing the amount at risk.

You can submit your complaint and learn what steps may help recover your funds here.
