Blue Rock operates through bluerock-fx.com and uses platform.bluerock-fx.com as its trading environment. The broker offers CFDs on Forex, stocks, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies, with leverage reaching 1:400 on currency pairs.
The trading conditions are not what worries me most. Much more interesting is what happens when the company details published by Blue Rock are compared with official records.
The regulation story does not match the records
Blue Rock claims to be owned and operated by Turquoise Global Holdings Europe B.V. The name is real: this is a Dutch investment firm connected with the London Stock Exchange Group and supervised by the Dutch AFM.
But the details on bluerock-fx.com do not match the genuine company.
The website presents 213800ZA8TWTNVG43376 as a company number. In reality, this is the LEI identifier of Turquoise Global Holdings Europe B.V. It then calls 71984062 a MiFID licence number, while official records show that this is actually the Dutch Chamber of Commerce registration number.
The address is another mismatch. Blue Rock gives Hardturmstrasse 201, Zurich, Switzerland, while the genuine Turquoise Global Holdings Europe B.V. is registered in Amsterdam.
This is a serious red flag. A real regulated company exists, but I could not verify that it has any connection with bluerock-fx.com.
There are signs of copied legal information
The problem goes further than one incorrect number. Almost identical legal wording using the same Turquoise Global Holdings Europe B.V. details appears on other unrelated trading websites.
That makes the claim of ownership particularly difficult to trust. If Blue Rock genuinely belonged to an LSEG-related regulated firm, I would expect the relationship to be clearly confirmed through official corporate channels, not just stated in the footer of a recently created broker website.
The current bluerock-fx.com domain was reportedly registered on May 28, 2026, so its public history is very short.
Blue Rock withdrawal problems
The company publishes a withdrawal policy stating that funds should normally be returned through the same payment method used for the deposit. It also reserves the right to reject withdrawal instructions sent to another account.
Those rules can exist at legitimate brokers. The problem begins when normal compliance suddenly turns into a demand for new money.
I would stop immediately if Blue Rock requests:
- tax paid separately before withdrawal;
- account insurance;
- an additional verification deposit;
- AML or compliance payments;
- money to close supposed credit leverage;
- another transfer to “activate” the withdrawal.
A client should not need to make an endless chain of payments simply to receive money already shown as available in the account.
Blue Rock reviews
Recent complaints concerning bluerock-fx.com describe users being encouraged to increase deposits and later having difficulties recovering the money.
One complainant reported an alleged loss of around $7,000, saying communication stopped after repeated deposits. Another reported approximately $8,500 and claimed that representatives initially presented Blue Rock as a licensed and reliable broker before contact deteriorated.
These are individual allegations rather than independently audited transactions. Still, they deserve attention because the company information published on the website already contains substantial discrepancies.
Why I would be cautious with platform.bluerock-fx.com
A trading terminal can display quotations, open positions and profits, but this does not establish who holds the deposited funds or whether the balance can actually be withdrawn.
With Blue Rock, the key risk is the identity problem. The website uses details belonging to a genuine regulated Dutch company but presents the LEI, company registration number and address incorrectly. Until the relationship with Turquoise Global Holdings Europe B.V. is independently confirmed, I would not rely on the regulatory claims shown on bluerock-fx.com.
What should investors do?
If Blue Rock is already delaying your withdrawal, do not send another payment merely because a manager promises it will be the final requirement. Save screenshots from platform.bluerock-fx.com, withdrawal requests, bank receipts, wallet addresses, transaction hashes and all conversations with support.
If money was sent in cryptocurrency, contact the exchange used for the transfer and preserve the recipient wallet information. For card or bank payments, contact the payment provider as soon as possible and ask about available dispute procedures.
