Baxia Markets operates through baxiamarkets.com and provides Forex and CFD trading. The broker lists offices at Capital Union Bank Financial Centre, Western Road, Lyford Cay, Nassau, Bahamas, and CT House, Office 5E, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles. These addresses correspond with regulatory records.
Is Baxia Markets regulated?
Unlike many platforms we review, Baxia Markets does have verifiable offshore regulation. Baxia Global Ltd appears in the Seychelles FSA register, while Baxia Limited is listed by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas as authorised for securities activities. The broker states licence numbers SD104 in Seychelles and SIA-F234 in the Bahamas.
This does not make trading risk-free. Both are offshore jurisdictions, and a client should first establish which Baxia entity actually holds their account.
Baxia Markets withdrawal problems
Baxia publishes withdrawal conditions openly. Depending on the payment method, processing may take up to five business days, with a $5 fee shown for many methods. Withdrawals generally have to return through the same payment system used for the deposit.
There are nevertheless public complaints about delays and bonus-related withdrawal restrictions. WikiFX contains a user allegation that a trader deposited the amount required under a bonus condition but was still unable to withdraw the deposit and profit.
Baxia Markets reviews
Feedback about the broker is mixed. Trustpilot currently contains more than 250 reviews, including complaints about slow or absent support responses.
“Doesn’t respond to my emails neither to their support!”
A separate 2025 report summarized another complaint in which a withdrawal allegedly took considerably longer than advertised, although the user eventually reported receiving the money.
For this reason, I would not describe Baxia Markets as an anonymous or unlicensed broker. The more relevant risks are offshore regulation, CFD trading losses, bonus conditions and possible withdrawal delays.
What should investors do?
If your Baxia Markets withdrawal has exceeded the published processing period, save the withdrawal request, account statements, payment receipts and correspondence with support. Do not send an unexpected additional payment to a third party simply because someone claims it is required to release your funds.
