One published plan advertises 10% daily profit for deposits from $1,000 to $9,999, which is an exceptionally high promised return.
Is Apexvestmining regulated?
The website claims regulatory authorization and refers to UK registration. It also lists an address at 55 Aylmer Road, East Finchley, London. However, I could not independently match the name Apexvestmining with an FCA-authorised firm or a UK company registration in the searches performed.
For me, this is the main problem: statements such as “licensed” or “regulated” are not enough without an exact legal entity and licence number.
Apexvestmining withdrawal problems
The portal states that investors can withdraw profits at any time. At the same time, public complaints describe a very different experience once a withdrawal is requested.
Be especially careful if Apexvestmining asks for:
- a tax before withdrawal;
- account activation or insurance;
- another investment to release the balance;
- wallet verification by additional transfer;
- payment to close an investment period.
Paying another fee does not guarantee that the original deposit will be returned.
Apexvestmining reviews
A complaint published in July 2026 describes a client who deposited 185,000 rubles after seeing advertising for the platform. A translated summary of the complaint reads:
“I requested part of my money back. They told me to wait until the investment period ended, then my account was blocked.”
The complainant said support subsequently stopped responding.
Independent feedback about Apexvestmining is still limited, which makes the platform’s very high promised returns even harder to assess.
What should investors do?
I would stop additional deposits if a withdrawal is already delayed. Save transaction records, wallet addresses, screenshots and all conversations with the platform. Contact the bank, card provider or cryptocurrency exchange used for the payment as soon as possible.
