Zelvaris Group is no longer simply a platform with unclear regulation. On June 10, 2026, Italy’s financial regulator CONSOB adopted Resolution No. 24033 concerning zelvarisgroup.ltd and its client area inv.zelvarisgroup.ltd. The regulator subsequently included both addresses among websites targeted for blocking because investment services were being offered without the required authorization in Italy.
That official action is the most important fact potential clients should consider before depositing money.
What does Zelvaris Group offer?
Zelvaris Group advertises access to cryptocurrencies, Forex, CFDs, shares, indices and commodities. Its presentation also refers to personal account managers, market analysis and several account levels.
The platform has promoted six account types:
- Trial
- Classic
- Gold
- Platinum
- VIP
- Prestige
Publicly indexed account information indicates minimum deposits ranging from approximately €250 for the Trial account to €100,000 for the Prestige account.
A large deposit requirement does not provide greater regulatory protection. Before transferring any amount, clients should confirm which licensed legal entity holds the account.
CONSOB ordered the websites blocked
CONSOB’s action covers both the public website and the related login portal:
- zelvarisgroup.ltd
- inv.zelvarisgroup.ltd
The decision was also republished through the warning system of Norway’s financial regulator, Finanstilsynet, identifying Italy as the issuing authority.
This warning should not be described as an ordinary negative review. It is a formal regulatory measure involving the provision of unauthorized investment services in Italy.
The Swiss address does not prove FINMA authorization
Zelvaris Group lists an address at Rue du Pré-de-la-Bichette 1, Geneva, Switzerland. Its Trustpilot company profile also uses this address and the email support@zelvarisgroup.ltd.
However, an address in Geneva does not prove that a company is supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority.
I found no official FINMA result for “Zelvaris Group” or zelvarisgroup.ltd during this review. Independent broker-monitoring services have reached the same conclusion and report that they could not verify a Swiss financial licence connected to the name. (FastBull)
Clients should request an exact legal company name and licence number that can be checked directly in the regulator’s register.
Conflicting online reviews
Zelvaris Group has a claimed Trustpilot profile, but its current rating is poor. At the time reviewed, all seven published ratings were one-star reviews. Trustpilot also warns that reviews reflect individual opinions and are not independently fact-checked. (Trustpilot)
Some of the negative posts contain promotions for supposed recovery companies, which makes their reliability questionable. Such reviews should therefore not be treated as verified evidence by themselves.
At the same time, separate testimonial pages display almost entirely positive feedback. One Endorsal page showed a 4.8 rating from 20 testimonials, while promotional articles highlighted ease of use and platform design. (Big News Network)
This sharp difference between review platforms means users should rely primarily on regulatory records and actual withdrawal documentation rather than marketing testimonials.
Withdrawal problems to watch for
The decisive test is whether Zelvaris Group processes withdrawals without introducing new financial conditions.
Stop sending money if an account manager requests:
- an advance tax payment;
- a compliance or AML deposit;
- account insurance;
- a liquidity confirmation fee;
- a wallet activation payment;
- a larger deposit before withdrawal;
- remote access to your computer or phone.
Taxes normally are not paid to a private broker wallet merely to release an account balance. Legitimate charges should be stated in the client agreement and applied transparently.
A displayed profit inside inv.zelvarisgroup.ltd is not proof that real trading occurred or that the funds remain available for withdrawal.
Key warning signs
Zelvaris Group currently presents several serious concerns:
- formal CONSOB action against both website addresses;
- blocking order relating to unauthorized investment services;
- no verified FINMA licence found;
- unclear legal entity behind the Swiss address;
- account packages requiring deposits of up to €100,000;
- sharply conflicting online testimonials;
- reports alleging pending withdrawals and additional payment demands;
- a relatively limited independently verified operating history.
Final verdict
ZelvarisGroup.ltd should be treated as a very high-risk trading platform.
The official CONSOB decision is more significant than any positive testimonial or professional-looking website design. Zelvaris Group and its client portal were specifically named in a regulatory blocking measure concerning unauthorized investment services.
Potential clients should not deposit funds unless the platform provides a verifiable licence that authorizes it to serve clients in their country. Existing clients experiencing withdrawal delays should not send further payments to unlock, insure or verify the account.
What to do if you already deposited
Submit a written withdrawal request and preserve all evidence, including:
- account and trading screenshots;
- bank or card statements;
- cryptocurrency wallet addresses;
- blockchain transaction IDs;
- emails and messenger conversations;
- telephone numbers used by account managers;
- copies of every tax or fee demand.
Contact the bank, card issuer or cryptocurrency exchange involved in the original payment. Be cautious of third parties promising guaranteed fund recovery in exchange for another advance fee.
