RG Group operates through richgoldfx.com and uses crm.richgoldfx.com for client accounts.
The broker offers Forex, precious metals, cryptocurrencies, stocks and other CFD products. It also makes substantial claims about its history and trading infrastructure.
However, the regulatory picture requires a closer look.
RG Group claims a Mauritius licence
The website identifies its current operator as RICH GOLD MARKETS (Mauritius) LIMITED.
It provides the following registered address:
2nd Floor, Suite 201, The Catalyst, Cybercity Ebene, 72201, Mauritius.
The website also displays licence number GB25205571 and says the company is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius.
Therefore, it would be inaccurate simply to say that RG Group provides no regulatory information.
The more important question is which entity actually holds each client’s account.
An Australian warning changes the picture
RG Group has also been associated with an Australian entity.
However, Australian regulator ASIC placed Rich Gold Group and richgoldfx.com on its Investor Alert List as an unlicensed operation in Australia.
This distinction matters.
A licence or company registration in one jurisdiction does not automatically authorise a broker to provide regulated services in another country.
Interestingly, the current RG Group website now explicitly lists Australia among jurisdictions where its services are prohibited.
The website claims a history since 2010
RG Group says it started in 2010.
According to its About page, the broker now serves more than 100,000 active traders.
It also claims to have been among the first brokers offering instant withdrawals and stop-out protection.
These are substantial marketing claims.
Clients should distinguish the history of the RG Group brand from the history and authorisation of the specific legal entity named in their current agreement.
RG Group reviews mention disputed profits
Independent feedback about Rich Gold is limited but includes serious complaints.
Several traders have alleged that their accounts worked normally until they became profitable.
One Thai client reported making roughly a 10% profit after trading for more than a month. According to the complaint, the account was then closed and only the original capital was returned.
Another trader described a similar problem after using a copy-trading system. The user alleged that profits were cancelled because of rules they had not previously seen.
These remain customer allegations. They do not prove that every RG Group client will experience the same result.
Still, disputed profitable accounts deserve attention.
What do the official withdrawal terms say?
RG Group’s own Terms of Business provide useful information.
The document says clients can request payments from their accounts and that withdrawal requests are processed daily.
It also says funds should generally be returned to the original payment source.
Additional identification can be requested for anti-money-laundering checks.
These are not unusual conditions by themselves.
However, if a client is asked for an unexpected separate payment before receiving existing funds, that demand should be checked against the written agreement.
Instant withdrawal claims should be tested
RG Group promotes fast or instant withdrawals.
The best way to evaluate that claim is not the balance displayed inside crm.richgoldfx.com.
It is an actual completed withdrawal.
If a withdrawal is delayed, document the reason provided by support.
Be particularly cautious if someone requests a separate transfer for tax, insurance, account unlocking or a so-called regulatory fee.
What should RG Group clients check?
First, identify the exact legal entity shown in your account agreement.
Check whether it is RICH GOLD MARKETS (Mauritius) LIMITED or another RG Group company.
Save screenshots from crm.richgoldfx.com showing trades, profits and withdrawal requests.
Keep all correspondence with support at info@richgoldfx.com.
For bank payments, preserve the beneficiary details. For cryptocurrency deposits, save wallet addresses and transaction hashes.
RG Group is not a case where the website provides no company or regulatory information at all. The more relevant concerns are the jurisdiction of the client’s account, the Australian unlicensed warning and user allegations involving cancelled profits and account restrictions.
