I would not treat a regulatory logo or statement as sufficient proof of authorisation without an exact legal entity and verifiable licence number.
Geldermans withdrawal problems
One unusual point appears in the company’s own refund policy. It states that refunds for CFD and ETF products are not available during the first six months after activation or subscription. The document also says requests can be rejected if an account has been suspended or if other contractual conditions are not met.
