check

DEXTradeVault presents itself as an online Forex and cryptocurrency trading platform. The website lists an address at 55-61 High St, Eltham, SE9 1TD, United Kingdom.

Its contact email is written as support@support@dextradevault.com. Even this unusual double “support” deserves attention. However, the legal documents reveal much more serious inconsistencies.

The documents contain several different company names

The DEXTradeVault Privacy Policy repeatedly refers to Xenith Fin instead of DEXTradeVault.

The Terms and Conditions are even stranger. They mention Xenith Fin in some sections. Elsewhere, the same document suddenly refers to Crypto Time Finance Pro.

Finally, the footer of that page contains another name: Multi Market Zone.

These are not small spelling mistakes. Legal documents should clearly identify the company responsible for client funds.

Instead, DEXTradeVault appears to use documents assembled from several other projects.

The website itself still says Xenith Fin

The problem is not limited to one forgotten paragraph.

DEXTradeVault’s About page is titled “Xenith Fin.” Its AML Policy also repeatedly identifies the business as Xenith Fin.

Meanwhile, the visible branding says DEXTradeVault.

Therefore, a client faces a basic problem. It is unclear which legal entity actually provides the trading service.

That makes any claim about regulation difficult to verify.

The UK address appears on other trading sites

DEXTradeVault gives the address 55-61 High St, Eltham, United Kingdom.

However, exactly the same address appears on several unrelated financial websites. It has been used by projects such as VenturaZone, Altrexon Fx and others.

More importantly, the FCA has published warnings about other unauthorised firms using this same address.

This does not mean the FCA warning automatically applies to DEXTradeVault. Still, the repeated use of the address weakens its value as proof of a genuine office.

Bitcoin deposits are promoted directly

The FAQ says clients can fund accounts with Bitcoin. The minimum BTC deposit is equivalent to $100.

According to the same page, cryptocurrency is credited after six blockchain confirmations. DEXTradeVault also mentions card and wire-transfer payments.

Crypto deposits require extra caution. They can be difficult to reverse after confirmation.

Therefore, save every wallet address before sending funds. Keep the transaction hash as well.

DEXTradeVault reviews and withdrawal problems

The independent history of DEXTradeVault is still very limited. Recent monitoring pages already contain warnings about blocked accounts and withdrawal difficulties.

However, there are not enough detailed first-hand reviews to claim that every client faces the same problem.

For this reason, I would focus on what can already be verified. The website has inconsistent legal documents. Several unrelated company names remain inside them. The published address is also widely reused.

Together, these points create serious transparency concerns.

When should you stop sending money?

The withdrawal stage is the most important test.

A manager may claim that another payment is required first. For example, it may be described as tax or insurance.

Be careful with requests for:

  • a separate withdrawal fee;
  • tax before receiving funds;
  • account insurance;
  • AML clearance;
  • wallet activation;
  • another verification deposit.

Legitimate verification may require documents. In contrast, it should not become a chain of additional transfers.

Also ask why a genuine fee cannot be deducted from the existing balance.

What should investors do?

First, save the current account history. Take screenshots of the balance and withdrawal request.

Next, preserve all correspondence with DEXTradeVault representatives. Keep payment receipts too.

For Bitcoin payments, record every destination wallet and transaction hash. Bank and card payments should be checked for the real beneficiary.

Finally, avoid another deposit if the withdrawal is already blocked. The inconsistent legal documents make it especially important to identify who actually received the money.
