Ardovex Markets operates through ardovex.com. It offers Forex and CFD trading through MetaTrader 5. The minimum live deposit starts from $100.

The company provides two addresses. Its registered office is in Saint Lucia. Meanwhile, the operating office is listed in Bangkok, Thailand.

At first, this looks quite transparent. However, the regulatory section changes the picture.

Ardovex openly says it is unregulated

Ardovex identifies the operator as Ardovex Markets Ltd. It also gives the Saint Lucia registration number TIN 2026-00251.

Still, company registration is not a brokerage licence.

In fact, Ardovex states this directly. Its own Client Agreement says the company is not regulated by the Saint Lucia FSRA. It also says no other financial authority supervises it.

Therefore, clients do not receive protection from a government-backed investor compensation scheme.

This is an important detail. Traders do not need to guess whether Ardovex has strong financial regulation. The company itself says it does not.

The broker is the counterparty to every trade

Another clause deserves attention.

Ardovex says it acts as the principal counterparty to all client trades. As a result, the client’s exposure is directly connected to the company.

The Risk Disclosure explains this further. Client balances and unrealised profits depend on the solvency and continued operation of Ardovex Markets Ltd.

Moreover, leverage can reach 1:500. This greatly increases trading risk.

The company itself warns that about 80% of retail CFD accounts lose money.

A very short operating history

The ardovex.com domain was registered in March 2026. Therefore, the current platform has only a few months of public history.

That does not prove misconduct. New brokers can operate legitimately.

However, a short history makes several things difficult to evaluate. There is little evidence of how the company handles large withdrawals or prolonged disputes.

The same applies to periods of extreme market volatility.

Ardovex Markets reviews are already mixed

Recent Ardovex Markets reviews include complaints about withdrawals and account restrictions.

One user claims a small withdrawal initially worked. Later, the client allegedly increased the deposit. Problems reportedly followed when the account balance became larger.

Another complaint describes a withdrawal being rejected. According to the user, additional trading volume or another deposit was then requested.

These are individual allegations. They do not prove that every Ardovex client experiences the same problem.

Nevertheless, such reports matter more because clients have no external financial regulator handling the account relationship.

Withdrawal rules give the company broad powers

Ardovex requires KYC before a live account becomes active. Compliance checks can also continue later.

The company may request additional information. Furthermore, its agreement allows account suspension in certain circumstances.

Such rules are not unusual by themselves. The difference is the lack of external regulatory supervision.

If a withdrawal dispute develops, clients may have fewer independent options for resolving it.

Be especially cautious if somebody asks for:

  • tax before withdrawal;
  • account insurance;
  • a separate AML payment;
  • another verification deposit;
  • money to activate a withdrawal;
  • payment to release an existing balance.

Normal KYC requires information or documents. In contrast, repeated demands for new deposits need a clear explanation.

What should traders do?

First, check the exact withdrawal status inside the account. Save screenshots before anything changes.

Next, keep the MT5 trading history and all correspondence. Payment receipts are important too.

For crypto deposits, preserve wallet addresses and transaction hashes. Bank transfers should be checked for the actual beneficiary.

Finally, request any additional withdrawal requirement in writing. Do not send more money only because a manager promises an immediate payout afterwards.

Ardovex does disclose its unregulated status. That transparency is useful. However, it also means clients knowingly trade without a financial regulator or investor compensation scheme behind the broker.
